Our Story
My name is Derek and I started installing gutters way back in 1992. That same year, with a little borrowed money, I started Hydra-Flo Guttering. I really enjoy the Guttering Contracting business, and each day proves to be interesting and rewarding.
Not so rewarding were the many problems that accompany growth. It was frustrating to have more employees and be doing more jobs, but not have more money to show for the extra effort. It was disappointing to not consistently give our customers the level of service we had envisioned. There was too much chaos and crisis management. Perhaps worst of all, was knowing important decisions that needed to be made had no information to guide those decisions.
